Record a Program
- IPTV
- Future Programming
- Press Guide on your remote
- Select a future program and press and hold Select/OK
- A list of recording options appears
- Watch now (streaming options)
- Create a OnePass for this series (is this is a series)
- Record just this episode
- Bookmark this episode (this will put the streaming option in the My Shows folder)
- Currently Watching
- Press Guide on your remote
- Select the show in question and press and hold Select/OK
- A list of recording options appears
- Watch now
- Create a OnePass for this series (is this is a series)
- Record just this episode

Stop a Recording

- Press the Info button on your remote to find the tuner that is recording the show in question
- Scroll to the listing and select it
- Stop the recording anytime during the recording process by pressing the Record button
- Select Stop the current recording from the on-screen options

Turn Off Add Extra Recording Time

The TiVo prompts to add extra recording time when recording Live Events
- This is not available on IPTV
4 Tuners, 2 Tuners, Single Tuners, and Minis on TiVo Experience 3
- Go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Settings | Recording | Extend Live Recordings (see steps)
- Highlight No, record live events as scheduled and press SELECT
4K 6 Tuners, 6 Tuners , 4K Minis, and Minis on TiVo Experience 4
- Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | Settings | User Preferences | Extend Live Recordings (see steps)

Organize Programs: My Shows

Use the B button on the remote control to sort by date*

Use the C button on the remote control to sort recordings only*

Available hard drive space is shown at the top of the My Shows area
TiVos on Experience 3:
- TiVo Central | My Shows
- Use the A button on the TiVo remote control to change the following ways that your shows will display:
- Sort by name of show or by date recorded
- Group your shows in folders or display them individually
- Show available space gives you your hard drive meter in the My Shows area
- Left Column can display to categorize your shows even further

Groups Folders

Turning on groups puts like programs into folders
- A folder is created for each OnePass when more than one episode appears in My Shows
- A program can appear in more than one folder
- You have a OnePass to a series that stars an actor for whom they also have an auto-recording WishList
- The title of each episode will appear in a group for the OnePass and in a group for the WishList
- There is only one actual recording on the hard disk, however
- If a program is deleted from one folder, it is deleted from ALL folders

View Recording History

View Recording History is a read-only list that displays the following
- Programs that have not been recorded or deleted early
- Programs that will not be recorded in the future
- This list (and the items found in it) cannot be deleted

Standardize Recording Settings

Choose the way you want your recording options to automatically default:

- Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | under Settings, select User Preferences and select OnePass & Recording Options

Business Solutions IPTV accounts cannot record shows. On IPTV or TiVo, you can record future or current programs using the Guide or Record button, and choose options like recording one episode or setting up a OnePass for a series. You can also stop recordings, organize shows in My Shows, and change default recording settings in the menu (some features are not available on IPTV).
