Normal TiVo Noises
- It is normal for the TiVo to make some noise
- The TiVo has an internal fan to help keep it cool; some fans are louder than others
- Use canned air to blow the dust out of the fan, which often resolves fan noise
- While recording or processing data, the TiVo's hard drive will click or whir
