Call Block / Selective Call Rejection Overview

Call Block or Selective Call Rejection enables you to block incoming calls from phone numbers you select
- When a number you have blocked calls you, your phone does not ring
- Blocked callers hear a recording that states calls are not being accepted at this time
- Does not block toll free, international, inactive, telemarketing numbers or auto-dialer numbers
- Not compatible with toll free, international, inactive, telemarketing or auto-dialer numbers
- Not compatible with Remote Call Forward or Ultra Call Forward
Additional Information
- CA, OR and WA: blocks up to 25 phone numbers and is included with unlimited phone
- DC Metro, IL, IN, MA, NY, PA and TX: blocks up to 100 phone numbers and is included with unlimited phone
- TX Legacy: blocks up to 13 numbers activated in Phone Manager portal

Call Block / Selective Call Rejection Activation / Deactivation

Activation and Use (exception: TX Legacy)
- Dial *60 and follow the tutorial to turn on Call Block
- To block the last caller, press #, dial 01, and press # again
- To block a specific number, press #, dial area code and phone number, and press # again
Deactivation and Removing Entries (exception: TX Legacy)
- Dial *60 and follow the tutorial to turn off Call Block
- To remove a number, press *, dial area code and number, and press * again
- To remove all entries, dial 08 and press *
- After reaching the initial Your selective call rejection is on / off, press 3 to turn it on or off
Texas Legacy: Activation and Deactivation
- This feature must be activated / deactivated in Phone Manager
- This is where you can also add and remove numbers you select to block
- Dialing a *code for set up and changes is not available in this system
