Retail TiVo Restrictions

- Retail TiVos are compatible on our Network if they can take a CableCARD
- Video On Demand (VOD) is not available
- Ordering PPV through the remote is not available
- All TiVo devices, including Retail, must be registered through our company to work with each other

Compatibility Details

Networking Compatibility: MoCA
- Retail Premiere, Roamio, Bolt, and Edge models network with all of our TiVos within a MoCA network*
- An ECB (MoCA bridge) may be needed for devices that don't recognize MoCA signals\
- Astound does not supply ECBs for retail equipment
TiVo Mini Compatibility
- Retail TiVo Minis are not compatible in CA, OR and WA only
- Retail TiVo Minis must also have a retail TiVo DVR in the home to be compatible
- Company-provided Minis are only installed with a company-provided TiVo
Single Tuner TiVo Compatibility:
- Retail Premiere, Roamio and Bolt models network with company-provided Single Tuners within a MoCA network*
Stream TiVo Compatibility:
- Retail Streams work with our equipment within a MoCA network*
- 4 Tuner TiVos are recommended; a Stream uses a tuner from the main TiVo
