ICOMS Self Service Password Reset

Before resetting your ICOMS password, log out of BOLT. Enter passwords carefully, since three wrong entries locks the RESETPWD user for 60 seconds for all users. Follow the reset steps exactly, using PingID or Yubikey, and copy the temporary password shown to create your new password. Make sure the new password follows all ICOMS rules, and update it in BOLT to avoid errors or lockouts.
