Can't Call 900 Numbers

• Verify that you have a long distance provider by dialing 1-700-555-4141
   
• If you do not have a long distance provider, you need to establish one before you can dial a 900 number


• If you do have a long distance provider, continue troubleshooting below

If you are unable to place calls to a 900 number

• Ensure you are dialing the correct telephone number
   
• If you have a second telephone line or a cell phone try calling from that number
   
  • If you still cannot reach the designated number there may be a problem with the number you are trying to call
     
• As our telephone customer, you have the right to request a 900 number block on your telephone line
   
  • This block prevents anyone in your household from calling a 900 number
     
  • If you have an existing 900 number block on your telephone line, contact us to have it removed


• If there is no block, and you still cannot dial the 900 number, please contact us for further assistance
