If a customer is having trouble with an app on the IPTV and would like to clear the cache and data, follow these steps.

Clearing App Cache / Data on IPTV

Go to TiVo Home | left arrow to Menu | under Settings, choose Device Settings | Apps | See all apps
- Choose the app in question
- Select Clear cache and/or Clear Data
- Restart the IPTV
- Open the app and login to test it
