Clear App Cache / Data on IPTV

 

Overview

If a customer is having trouble with an app on the IPTV and would like to clear the cache and data, follow these steps.

 

Clearing App Cache / Data on IPTV  

Go to TiVo Home | left to MENU | Device Settings | Apps | See all apps

  1. Choose the app in question

  2. Select Clear cache and/or Clear Data

  3. Restart the IPTV 

  4. Open the app and login to test it
