Reactivate Email Address

These steps are available to Webmail customers in IL, MA, MD, NY, PA, VA and Washington DC only

CA, OR, TX and WA customers please contact us for assistance

  • Sign in to Usertools with your User ID and Password
     
  • Select Reactivate your email address
     
  • Click the Turn my email back on! button
     
  • A confirmation screen appears, and the account should no longer appear as inactive
     
  • Note: it may take up to 1 (one) hour to successfully authenticate using the SMTP server
