Wi-Fi Network Name and Password Setup

Network Name / SSID Overview

  • An SSID, also called a Network Name, differentiates one wireless LAN from another

  • All access points and all devices attempting to connect to a specific wireless LAN must use the same SSID

  • Use a hard-wired connection for best results

    • You may not see a login prompt when using a Wi-Fi connected device

    • Check the available Wi-Fi networks on your device settings and try again
