No Picture: Self-Help

  1. Make sure your converter is powered on; the power light should be lit

    • If you do not see power light, aim the remote at the TV/Box and press CBL or CABLE to turn on the device

    • You can also press the power button on the converter itself, if available

    • If there is still no power, the device may be unplugged

  2. Make sure all connections to the cable outlet and converter are securely tightened

  3. Make sure your device is on the correct input

  4. Press Channel Up to make sure the problem isn't just on one channel

  5. If the problem persists, contact us for additional troubleshooting
