- Make sure your converter is powered on; the power light should be lit
- If you do not see power light, aim the remote at the TV/Box and press CBL or CABLE to turn on the device
- You can also press the power button on the converter itself, if available
- If there is still no power, the device may be unplugged
- Make sure all connections to the cable outlet and converter are securely tightened
- Make sure your device is on the correct input
- Press Channel Up to make sure the problem isn't just on one channel
- If the problem persists, contact us for additional troubleshooting
