Press [SEL/PLAY], then [MUTE] together until the LED illuminates
Enter the 3-digit code from the TV Setup Code list below. If multiple codes are listed, you may have to enter several 3-digit codes until your device turns off
If you cannot find your code, you can use Point and Press Programming
Press [MUTE]
If your TV turns back on, press [SEL/PLAY] to lock in the code
If your device does not turn back on, repeat steps using a different setup code

Turn on your TV
Press [SEL/PLAY], then [MUTE] together until the LED illuminates
Press and hold [CH UP] until the TV turns off
Press [MUTE]
If your device turns back on, press [SEL/PLAY] to lock in the code
If the TV Does not turn on, press [CH DOWN] until the TV turns back on and press [SEL/PLAY] to lock in the code
Code Number Readback
To identify the 3-digit setup code for your device, follow these steps:
Press [TV], then [MUTE] - hold both down until the [device key] button lights up under finger
Press [LAST/FAV]. TThe indicator light blinks back the code numbers with a 1-second interval between each digit
The remote will display the number "0" as the LED flashes 10 times
Example: TV Code is 0-3-5

Programming Volume Control
By default, your remote defaults to your TV volume control (unless you are in AUDIO mode)
To control volume commands through your CONVERTER in the remote's CABLE mode:
Press [CBL POWER], then [MUTE] together - hold both down until the LED illuminates
Press [VOL UP ], then [CBL POWER]. The [CBL POWER] button will blink and go out
To control volume / mute back through your TV in the remote's CABLE mode:
Press [CBL POWER], then [MUTE] together - hold both down until the LED illuminates
Press [VOL UP ], then [CBL POWER]. The [TV POWER] button will blink and go out
Installing / Replacing Batteries
Install four (4) "AA" batteries as indicated by the diagram in the battery compartment. Be careful to properly match the "+ / -" ends of the batteries with the diagram in the battery compartment
When the batteries become too weak to operate the remote control properly, the mode keys will become dim or not illuminate at all during use. When this happens, install 2 new "AA" size batteries
Your remote control has Memory Guard, which eliminates reprogramming after battery changes
General Reset
The remote can be reset to its factory default settings if needed
Press [CBL POWER], then [MUTE] together until the LED illuminates
Press [CBL POWER], then [CBL POWER] again
The LED will blink nd go out. All codes will now be cleared. Start programming your remote over again, as needed
