Usertools Log In Steps

Available to Webmail users in IL, MA, MD, NY, PA, VA and Washington DC only
This tool might not provide guidance on correct password formatting.

Please ensure you are formatting your new password correctly by choosing a correctly formatted password.
 
  1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
     
  2. In the address bar, enter the URL:  http://usertools.rcn.com
     
  3. Enter your username and password
     
  4. Click the Login button
     
  5. On this page, you may do the following:
     
    • Change your password - must enter current password, then enter the new password and finally, confirm the new password
       
    • Check your web space quota and usage - displays how much web space is being used
       
    • Change email forwarding settings - sends all incoming mail to the forwarded email account
       
    • Notification preferences - allows us to send you information about products and special offers
       
    • Enable strict delivery - limits your email to one address only

  6. May take up to 4 hours for changes to be enabled
     

NOTE:  An Email Space quota meter can be found in individual mail boxes in the Webmail inbox folder.
