Setup Email Forwarding

- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose Forwarding from the dropdown menu
- Enter in the email address the emails will be forwarded to, then click Save

Address Book
-
From Webmail, click on Account Options, choose Address Book from the dropdown
- To add an email address :
- Choose Email Address, located next to Add and enter in the User Name and Email Address
- Click Add
- To delete an email address:
- Select the email address and click Delete

Block an Email Address
-
- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose Filters from the dropdown. Then Click Add
- Click on the dropdown next to Select Field, and choose From
- Put a dot next to contains and Type in the name or email address in the Phrase box
- Click Add Condition and an email address will populate in Rules box
- Click on the dropdown next to Filter Action and select either Bounce or Delete the message
- Click Finish and Rule information will prompt at the Filters screen

Add a Signature

- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose My Signature from the drop down
- Type the signature into the box and click Save

Change Display Name
-
- From Webmail, click on the Account Options and choose Manage User Options from the drop down menu
- Next to the First and Last Name fields, delete, and type in the name to display on outgoing emails. Then click Save when done

Add, Delete, and Rename Folders

- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose My Folders from the drop down
- In the name field, type in the name and click create
- New folder will appear in the folder list at the top
- Rename a Folder:
- Click on the folder and in the name field, type in the new name
- Click Rename
The New name of the folder will appear in the box to the right as well as in the folder list at the top
- Delete a Folder:
- In the box at the right side, click on the folder and choose Delete

Change Trash Management Settings

- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose Preferences from the drop down
- Scroll down to the bottom to Delete Options and select the ones that apply. Then click Save

Setup a Vacation Message
-
- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose My Vacation Message from the drop down
- Type the Vacation message and click Save

Setup an Auto Response Message
-
Auto Response is a combination of email forwarding and a vacation message
When auto response is setup, all future emails sent to the Starstream email address will be forwarded to another email address and the Sender will receive an auto response
- From Webmail, click on Account Options and choose Auto Responder from the drop down
- Select Mailbox to Inbox and type in the email address that emails need to be forwarded to and enter in an auto response message
- Then click Save
