Guide Basics

• Access guide information by pressing  the Guide button on your remote
   
  • You can always change the way you see the Guide Information
     
• 2, 4, 6, and Single Tuner TiVos hold up to 14 days of guide data - consisting of past, present and future guide data
   
• The TiVo automatically connects to the TiVo Service every 24 to 48 hours
   
  • This Daily Service Connection downloads Program Guide data
     
  • If the call is unsuccessful, the TiVo will try again within 24 hours; the TiVo will eventually lose Program Guide data if a successful call is not made
     
  • You can also perform a manual service connection, or a Force Connect
