- Go to TiVo Central | Settings & Messages | Remote Control, CableCARD & Devices | TiVo Box Name (see steps)
- Choose a name from the list, or choose enter your own name
- If choosing your own name, select Use this name when done and press Enter
- Force Connect the TiVo for the new name to appear
