Name Change is allowed on an existing, active account in the event of:
- Marriage
- Divorce
- Any Legal name change
- Account holder deceased
- Power of Attorney
In the case of death or Power of Attorney, the party takes responsibility for
- Any debit/credit balance
- Company-owned equipment assigned to the account
