- Do Not Disturb enables a customer to immediately stop incoming calls from ringing on their phone
- The feature is included with unlimited phone or can be included in other packaging

Activation Steps

- Dial *78
- Follow the tutorial and wait for the confirmation tones
- When feature is active, the caller hears a message:
- Customer is not taking calls at this time
- If the customer has voice mail, calls go straight to voice mail
- Remains active until feature is deactivated

Deactivation Steps

- Dial *79
- Follow the tutorial and wait for the confirmation tones
- Calls are now forwarded to your phone and the message is discontinued
