IPTV Error V60 - HDMI Connection Error

HDMI errors happen when the IPTV box and TV cannot connect properly through HDMI. Restart both devices, reconnect the HDMI cable and check the TV input; for V60 errors, turn off CEC, and create an IPTV work order if the issue continues.
