Pay and Manage AutoPay with MyAstound

  • Register to create an account, then use MyAstound to pay your bill or manage automatic payments

  • Make a one-time payment using a credit / debit card, or withdraw funds directly from your checking account (Convenience fee applies)

  • By setting up automatic payments, your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your account on the payment due date (Convenience fee does not apply)

Pay and Manage AutoPay with the Astound Mobile App

  • Use your smart phone or tablet to pay your bill with the Astound Mobile app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

  • Download the app today, register or sign in with your MyAstound account, and use the app to pay your bill, setup AutoPay and more!

Use Astound's Automated Phone System

  • Our automated phone system accepts one-time credit/debit card payments, and ACH check by phone payments (Convenience fee applies)

Mail Your Payment

  • Return the bill payment stub included in your monthly paper bill to Astound along with your payment in the form of a check or money order

  • Please allow 10 days for mailing and processing time

  • After confirming the payment center’s business hours, stop by to make a payment with a customer service representative

  • Payment centers accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards

  • Note: Payment Centers can only accept payment for services located in their site
