Turn on the equipment you wish to program. (TV, VCR, or DVD)
Press the [Device] button (AUX, VCR, or TV) and [OK] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device LED will turn on indicating the unit is ready to be programmed
The [Device] button will stay lit for 20 seconds. The next step must be entered while the LED is on
Point the remote control toward the equipment and enter the three-digit code number assigned to your brand from the code tables. The equipment will turn off when the correct three-digit code number has been entered.
TV
VCR, TV/VCR* (using VCR key)
DVD, TV/DVD* (using VCR key)
Auxiliary Device (using AUX key)
DMX & DCR (using AUX key)
Verify you have selected the correct code by pressing the [POWER] button, the equipment should turn on or turn off
Press the [Device] button again. The device LED will blink twice to confirm that the code has been stored

Auto Search Method
If the three-digit code numbers assigned to your brand do not turn off your equipment or the code tables do not list your brand, you can use the Auto Search Method to find the correct three-digit code number for your equipment by the following steps:
Turn on the equipment you wish to operate
Press the [Device] button and [OK] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device LED will turn on
The device LED will light on for 20 seconds. The next step must be entered while LED is on
Press the [CH▲] or [CH▼] button one step at a time or keep it pressed. The remote will emit a series of Power ON/OFF commands. Release the [CH▲] or [CH▼] button as soon as the equipment turns off.
Verify that you selected the correct code by pressing [POWER] again. The equipment should either turn on or turn off
Press the [Device] button to store the code. The Device LED will blink twice to confirm that the code has been stored
Code Number Readback
Press the [Device] button and [OK] simultaneously for 3 seconds
The device LED will light on for 20 seconds. The next step must be entered while LED is on
Press [INFO]. The device LED will blink number of times indicating the number of each digit of the code number
Each digit is separated by 1 second. Ten blinks is equal to the number 0
For example, 108 will be: One blink, [one second off], ten blinks, [one second off], eight blinks
Programming a Second TV to AUX Button
Press [AUX] and [OK] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device LED will turn on
The device LED will light on for 20 seconds. The next step must be entered while LED is on
Press [TV] to pick up the TV code table
Point the remote control toward the equipment and enter the three-digit code number assigned to your TV brand from the code tables. The equipment will turn off when the correct three-digit code number has been entered.
TV
Press [VCR] once again. The device LED will blink twice to confirm that the code has been stored
Programming the System On/Off Button
The System on/off button can send out up to three power on/off commands for the devices you programmed into the remote control
Press [CBL]
Press [System On/Off] and [OK] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The [CBL] button will turn on for 20 seconds
Press [TV]
Press [VCR] (if adding)
Press [AUX] (if adding)
Press [CH▲] to save the power commands you stored. The [CBL] button will blink twice to confirm
Programming Channel Controls
Channel controls (CH▲, CH▼, LAST, 0-9) are factory-programmed to automatically transfer to the respective Device mode you select, as follows:
CBL : CBL TV : CBL VCR : VCR AUX : AUX
If you wish to store the TV channel controls in TV mode, use the following steps.
1. Press the [OK] button and [TV] button simultaneously for three seconds. The device LED will turn on for 20 seconds. The next step must be performed while the LED is on
2. Press the [VOL▲] button. The device LED will blink
3. Press [TV] button. The device LED will blink twice to confirm the programming
To return TV device to CBL channel repeat steps above replacing [TV] with [CBL] in Step 3
Volume Control
Volume and Mute control are factory programmed to the respective Device mode you select, as follows:
CBL : TV TV : TV VCR : TV AUX : AUX
If you wish to store the Cable volume control in CBL mode, use the following steps
Press the [OK] button and [CBL] button simultaneously for three seconds
The device LED will turn on for 20 seconds. The next step must be performed while the LED is on
Press the [VOL▲] button. The device LED will blink
Press [CBL] button. The device LED will blink twice to confirm the programming
To restore the volume control back to your TV in CBL mode, repeat the above steps by replacing [CBL] with [TV] in Step 3. To operate the volume control for TV/VCR & TV/DVD combination units, Please use following steps
Press the [CBL] button and the [OK] button simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device LED will turn on for 20 seconds. The next step must be performed while the LED is on
Press the [VOL▲] button
Press the [VCR] button. The device LED will blink twice to confirm the programming
Low Battery Warning
When the battery is low, the remote control LED blinks 2 times whenever a [Device] button is pressed to turn on equipment.
Memory Lock
This remote control is designed to retain programmed memory for 10 years even after batteries are removed from the remote control.
