RECEIVE GREEN Solid/Flashing

Solid: Downstream channel connected
Flash: Scanning for a receive (downstream) channel connection
Off: No connection

SEND GREEN Solid/Flashing Solid: Upstream channel connected
Flash: Scanning for a receive (upstream) channel connection
Off: No connection
Cable GREEN Solid/Flashing

Solid green - cable modem is registered on the 
network and fully operational.

Flashes when:

  • Booting up and not ready for data
  • Scanning the network and attempting to register
  • Lost registration on the network and will continue
PC GREEN Solid/Flashing Solid: Connected to computer via USB or Ethernet
Flash: Transmitting or receiving data
Off: No connection
LINE 1 GREEN Solid/Flashing Solid: Connected and activated, the telephone is on-hook (not in use)
Flash: Connected and activated, telephone is off-hook (in use)
Off: No connection
LINE 2 GREEN Solid/Flashing Solid: Connected and activated, the telephone is on-hook (not in use)

BATTERY LOW GREEN Solid Illuminates to indicate that approximately 20 percent of charge is remaining in the battery.
REPLACE BATTERY GREEN Solid Illuminates to indicate that the battery could not be fully charged. While the battery may be able to provide some backup power, it should be replaced to restore maximum capacity.
