A flashing white LED indicates network activity over the Internet port.
2.4GHz WHITE Solid/Flashing The White 2.4GHz LED is solid when there is a connection made
A flashing white LED indicates network activity over the 2.4.0GHz band.
5.0GHz WHITE Solid/Flashing The White 5.0GHz LED is solid when there is a connection made
A flashing white LED indicates network activity over the 5.0GHz band.
USB 3.0 WHITE Solid/Flashing The White USB 3.0 LED is solid when there is a connection made
A flashing white LED indicates network activity over the Internet port.

  • If a customer with this router is experiencing slow speeds, initial setup may need to be redone, refer them to the NetDuma Support Site if they need assistance with this step 
     
    • We will be providing very basic support for SSID setting and Password updates through Merlin.
       
    • This router features the Advanced DumaOS custom firmware. The DumaOS firmware is supported by NetDuma.
       
      • For calls with questions on how to use the router itself and adjust its settings we refer them to the NetDuma website
